Real Estate Photos: $135 / $165
We have two photo packages depending on the size of the property or request from the Real Estate Agent.  We deliver 25-30 photos ($135) or 40-45 photos ($165) but can accommodate any special requests for larger shoots.  3-5 Aerial Photos are included at no additional charge.  These include lines, markers or any editing or special requests you may have.  All photos are hand-blended, resulting in superb quality and fantastic dynamic range.  

Drone Lot Package: $100
Showcase your lot from the sky with our drone lot package.  All lot packages include aerial photographs + a 360 photograph from above the lot to highlight the area.  We can draw lines or add any annotations to the lot photos as a part of the package, including any special requirements.

Drone Photo Shoot: $125
Need just drone photos?  We provide aerial photographs in one convenient package with professional editing and any mark-ups or annotations included.  6-10 photos delivered unless otherwise requested.

Drone Video Shoot: $175
Want to showcase an area with HD or 4K Drone Video?  We provide aerial videography in one convenient package with professional editing, music, and branding components (logo/call-to-action/headshot, etc) included.

Drone Location Shoot (Photo + Video): $250
Combine both aerial photography and videography with our Drone Location Shoot package including all editing, branding, music, and annotations.

360 Virtual Tour: $175
We offer custom-built 360 virtual tours.  The 360 virtual tours can be branded as well (upon request) as delivered with an MLS-friendly unbranded option. 

Real Estate Video: $250
Showcase the property to music with a professionally shot real estate video.  Aerial video is included in the video at no additional charge.  Agent branding + voice-overs or walkthroughs are also available. 

Social Media Job Shadow: $300
I'll be your own personal DROCK - shadowing you for a few hours, taking action photos of you showing listings, sharing tips (video) or whatever you can think of for your social media accounts.  Perfect for stocking up on footage to schedule for the month.

Social Media Management (Monthly): $500
One day per month we'll shoot + create the content.  I'll then schedule it all out and let the technology do its thing.  At the end of the month, we'll review it all and look at the analytics and use the data to prepare for the next month...  This is a month-to-month option, but there are no long-term commitments, and you can cancel at anytime.
